I know 28234 is bundled with 28285, but what if it is done by separate incision? Both done on the same toe.
Appreciate advice, need to do a pre-auth pretty quick.
 
28234 and 28285 same toe, only bill 28285

28285 includes per AAOS:
tenotomy and or repair of extensor tendon

but doesn't include capsulotomy for contracture of metatarsophalangeal joint, with or without tenorrhaphy (28270)
