I have a op report in which the patient who is status post surgery ORIF of distal radius. The screw had moved and therefore the physician brought the patient back to surgery opened at the origional incision and exchanged one screw in the distal row of the radial styloid. My question is what CPT code would I use? Do I use an unlisted 25999?
