Please help...My Vascular Surgeon performed a Saphenous vein harvest - taking the vein from the leg for the repair of the ulnar artery aneurysm. The repair was performed by another Dr. not in our practice. Vein harvest codes are add-ons. How do I code the Saphenous vein harvest only for my Dr to get paid.
