Wiki Has anyone taken the 2014 CPC exam using a 2013 CPT book?

I do not yet have a 2014 CPT book. I know there were approximately 300 changes for 2014 and know it would be in my best interest to have the 2014 book, but my 2013 book is "marked up" and tabbed exactly how I need it to be...

What should I do? Has anyone else encountered this problem??
 
I update my "marks" annually - copying what information I need and updating with the information I have learned. You would be at a disadvantage if you used your 2013 CPT.
