Wiki Has something changed with MCR and G6001?

Our company has billed out G6001 (26) and G6017 for a long time to Medicare and have been paid on every single one, but it seems that since Sept. 1 the G6001 (26) is being denied as being inclusive to the other code:confused:. This has not happened before. Any thoughts as to why this could be happening? We cannot find anything online to verify any changes on these two codes being billed to Medicare.
