There is a provider asking about these two assessments and how to bill. Has anyone billed this and what code(s) can be used? I don't know if CPT 96160 is appropriate. For the CHA2D the code G9931 was mentioned as a quality reporting code. If you have billed this, and have a source, would you share? Thanks!
