I'm having the worst time getting GA Medicaid (ACS) to pay a Pneumonia Vaccine (90732) for an adult w/ dx codes 318.1, 344.00 & V05.8..These are valid diagnoses per the documentation which states "Severe mental retardation, Cerebral palsy, "...... They keep denying the charges as invalid diagnosis..... Any suggestions?

here in my office for 90732 we use dx v03.82 also and don't come across any problems
