I need help on how to code for the HBIG Vaccine for a patient who had a needle stick from a contaminated needle from a patient with HBV. The patient received the HBIG Vaccine and I'm not sure how to code the CPT portion? Since the cost is about 15x higher then the regular vaccine I needed to know which CPT is best???
 
Thank you! That is exactly what I needed just wanted to bill correctly the first time with the cost of the immune globulin so it wasn't denied.
