Hi,
I am wondering where I can find a list of HCC categories and the value attached to each one. I found an old one online from the CMS website but it gives 2017 values. Any help would be appreciated.
 
If you Google "CMS icd-10 mappings 2022" the link for CMS webpage should be the first option, Click and the 2022 mid-year final ICD-10 mappings is available for download as a ZIP file.
