Does anyone know if this code has been deleted in the newest version of HCPCS. Medicaid is telling us to no longer use this code for postpartum depression screens and Im wondering if this would be for all payers. I'm having trouble finding anything updated for 2017 since there is no charge associated with this screen.

S3005 is still a valid code. Its possible they started using the CPT instead. Its really only a measurement code so no reimbursement attached. At least we didn't pay anything at the Medicaid Managed care plan i worked for.
 
Blue Shield of California covers S3005. According to BS physician fee schedule, the amount reimbursed is $55. I can't find anywhere on documentation required, though.
