I need some help with billing the units on HCPCS codes. If a pt is given 9 cc's of Bupivicaine and I am billing code S0020, do I only bill for one unit since 30ml is specified in the description of the code? Does this 30 ml mean that any dosage up to 30 ml is considered 1 unit?

Thanks in advance for any help to clarify dosage and unit billing on the HCPCS codes!
