Is anybody using L8699 for the actual lap band item itself. AND is this is being reimbursed seperately or if it should be included in the fee for the surgery.
 
Sorry, our surgeries are done at facilities where the surgery is a planned service and the facility purchases all necessary supplies. It would seem reasonable the facility then bills for the supplies.
