J1100 is designated as Dexamethasone 1mg if provider gives a 4mg injection and the NDC is 4mg/ml..how many units do you bill for? 1 unit or 4 units?

4 units if the whole 1ml was injected. the mg is whats important for the coding.
1 unit would mean only 0.25 ml was injected.
