HCPCS V2785 update question

As of April 1st, V2785 is allowed to be billed with CPT code 66180 and 66185. We are having trouble finding specific documentation on whether the cornea has to be fresh from a tissue bank or if tutoplast graft can be billed under the code v2785 also
