Hey everyone.. new with coding for a doctor who does a lot of vein work with supplies for it,, such as A4450 and A4510 amd keep getting denied. Do these need a modifier??? PLEASE HELP!!
 
AU, AV & AW are the modifier choices. It may not be separately reimbursable if its surgical supply since usual supplies are covered under the procedure RVU.
