Our company just hired a PMHNP. He is using HBA codes 96150-91655. I am hoping to get clarification as to how to bill. What diagnoses are supposed to be attached, the behavioral starting with the F or medical diagnoses? Do we need to bill any other CPT codes in addition to the HBA codes?
