Health Coaches and Advanced care planning?

Wondering if anyone can help. Previously we have been billing for Advanced care planning 99497 (we have a social worker in office) she is leaving and we are looking at an applicant who is a Certified Wellness Coach. Does anyone know if we would still be able to bill these visits? we are unsure if a wellness coach would fall under the "
by the physician or other qualified health care professional"
Does anyone out there bill these visits with a Certified wellness coach?
Any help is greatly appreciated!​
