Dear all,

Merry Christmas.

Is there any code for Health management. My physician uses this diagnosis oftenly. Can any one help me out.
 
If there is no way to look up "health maintenance" in icd9 then reeducation on the providers part is due. At our facility it was a large project but we were having the same problem but it has gotten a lot better with the consistency of insisting on better documentation.;)
