If we are not keeping our hotel reservations due to it's now virtual who do we contact to see if we get a refund? I see the hotel no longer shows on my purchases but i have not gotten any information about refund for that part of conference. Also when will we be able access handouts for sessions? Thank you for your help.

Email AAPC at conference@aapc.com. When I asked, they sent me this:
  • Any hotel reservations and payments made for the conference will be refunded in full to the same method of payment automatically, unless payment was made over 90 days ago – in which case it will be refunded via check to the original payor name. This process will be completed as quickly as possible and you will receive confirmation via email when it is completed.
When I checked Purchases in my AAPC account this morning, I have a credit for the hotel charge that is waiting to be refunded.
