Anyone getting the same denial from Healthy Blue N769-A lateral diagnosis is required. This Pt is seen for a concussion and has multiple dx listed. The only dx on the claim that could have laterality is H83.2x9- Vestibular dysfunction, unspecified. I have explained that this code cannot be coded out more and the Pt is being referred out. All they have told me is I can appeal it w reconsideration. Has anyone dealt w this?
