Wiki Hearing test in post op period

I am fairly new to ENT coding. If patient has tubes removed and eardrum patched and patient returns in post op period, would the hearing test be considered post op or could that be billed. We have an audiologist employed by the practice.

This is a diagnostic test that is not included in the global package and should be able to be billed without a modifier.
