Can I bill a 93010 the same time as a heart cath or are these bundled with the 93510?

Also when a CABG is done and the Temp Pacer can I bill the 33211 with the 33533 and 33519 or is bundled?
 
You can bill 93010 with a 59 modifier. However, if the 93010 gets billed prior to the cath without the modifer your cath procedure might get reduced, it happened to us.
