Heart cath with saphenous vein opacification, and ascending aortography

I need some clarification on how to bill a right and left heart cath with saphenous vein opacification, internal mammary opacification with ascending aortography.

Are the codes 93461 for the cath and opacifications and 93567 for the ascending aortography? He only states that the aortic valve appeared to be tricuspid with insufficiency.

I agree with your codes. If the doctor was looking for any bypass grafts using supraventricular aortography, then 93461 is bundled into graft imaging.
