can anyone help me with the procedure: REDUCTION OF HEEL FISSURES & Hyperkeratoic areas
this procedure was done in facility OR along with a nail procedure.
OP note reads: the hyperkeratotic areas were then reduced on both heels. the fissuring skin was reduced.
I do outpatient facility coding, so I have not seen this procedure before. Is this just a debridement?

I think you would have to use 11056 ; 11057 ect..., unless he states he went deeper into subcut tisse then look at 11042 ect...
