Dr performed Acellular dermal allograft on legs, done on left side and right how would you code this?
I'm thinking it would be this way

or

Skin can't be bilateral

SKIN can't be bilateral. Please read the Guidelines in CPT for Skin Replacement Surgery and Skin Substitutes. (2010 Professional edition are on page 67)

You code based on the total Sq Cm used (or % TBSA if child under age 10)
