I was wondering if anybody had any good places to find articles/charts on office based E/M coding for physicians. If there is any kind of easy chart to give the doctors to help them decide which is the best way to code their visits. I know the CPT book has info just trying to see if there is anything easier for 99202-99205 & 99212-99215 Thank you
 
A good website for E/M coding is http://emuniversity.com. They have a free webinar that takes you through the E/M process. By signing up for the free course you also have access to the free E/M coding toolbox with downloadable coding guides, templates and more. You may find some helpful information there.
