Are we allowed to bill for the x-rays generated from the c-arm on pain cases? If so, do we bill for those on the ASC claims?
 
It depends on what CPT codes you are billing. Most radiology is bundled with pain procedures, but some you can bill seperately. Are you refering to any specific code? I have billed ASC pain for 5 years now. I may be able to help you out.
