Patient came in and had an OV 99214 and 46083(external hemmorrid). Medicare did not pay on the 46083 and all the necessary modifiers were attached. Patietn did have Endovenous Chemical Ablation of the Lower Extremity Veins a week before and was in a global period. How do I get Medicare to pay on this procedure?
