My doctor has gone on a missionary trip to Haiti. He has arranged for another doctor to come in and take care of his patients. My question is how do I bill for this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks
 
First, I would ask the temp. physician if he and your doctor have an arrangement. If not I would recommend billing under Locum Tenens.
