Hello, I am new to this type of coding and researching has confused me. My group is doing mainly Telehealth for a NSF, they are the on-call physicians. There are multiple occasions for each patient, example Fall one day, next could be medication refill, next could be follow up on fall or recommendation for further needs. The nurses are contacting us and we are issuing the directions. Then as needed, we also go into the NSF for face to face overview of the patients. I need guidance on billing out the repetitive Telehealth contacts should I be using the 99307, 99308, 99309 or regular visit codes of 99202/9921 etc based on established or new. Please Help!
