Wiki Help: Claim denied for Cataract post op!

A patient of ours had cataract surgery OU (about a month apart). I billed each post op as I normally do (66984 RT then later 66984 LT), but UHC is denying the second eye, saying it is within the global period.

I know this is incorrect, as they are two different eyes. I have tried refiling every way I can imagine, but UHC is still denying payment. I even attempted an appeal. No luck.

Can anyone offer me any advice on this?
