ok so i find wedge resection for everything but cecal.

I need help coding

Laparoscopic appendectomy with cecalo wedge resection.

dx is 543.9

a small wedge of cecum below base of the appendix was taken with the appendix specimen.
 
Based on the fact that 44204(column 1) bundles into 44950(column 2) as well as the last sentence in your post...

"a small wedge of cecum below base of the appendix was taken with the appendix specimen"

Without reading the entire report, by the way that is written, it makes me suspect that the cecal wedge was incidental to the appendectomy because it was the attachment site of the appendix. If that is the case, I would only report the appendectomy.
