Help coding a sleeve gastrectomy post-op complication

Provider did the sleeve gastrectomy 12 days ago and patient now has a pinhole leak-

1- Laparoscopic drainage of peritoneal abscess exclusive of appendicitis.
2- flexible EGD w/application of clip appliers to the area of the pinhole leak.
3- Feeding jejunostomy tube placement (mini-laparotomy)


Any advice would be appreciated.
