I just received our Medicare Remittance and it is denying a CT of the Pelvis when done with CT of the Abdomen due to Error # 4 which is Procedure inconsistent with modifier or modifier is missing. Can anyone help me? I just use the TC for each one and have always been paid. Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks!
