Wiki Help!! CT of Abdomen and Pelvis

I just received our Medicare Remittance and it is denying a CT of the Pelvis when done with CT of the Abdomen due to Error # 4 which is Procedure inconsistent with modifier or modifier is missing. Can anyone help me? I just use the TC for each one and have always been paid. Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks!

Maybe you should have used one of the new CT abdomen and pelvis code instead?
They are 74176-74178......
