We have a pt we are sending for a 6 month repeat diagnostic mammo of the right breast after Oct 1. The Icd-10 code is R92.8 other abnormal and inconclusive findings on diagnostic imaging of breast. There is no option right or left. Is this the correct code? The hospital is asking for body location, laterality, acuity, manifestation, smoking status, etc.... The code doesn't give option to specify what they are asking.
