Wiki Help! do i code aftercare for joint replacement with pathological fx

I was just now told that if you have a pathological fracture and a joint is replaced that you code Z47.1 aftercare for joint replacement...this goes against what I thought I had read in the book...I was under the impression if you have any fracture(pathological or traumatic) that you DO NOT code Z47.1...
