By itself, this is just a finding on the ultrasound, not a diagnosis. If the provider has documented that this is an abnormal finding, then I would code it as R93.89 - Abnormal findings on diagnostic imaging of other specified body structures - but otherwise I would not assign a code for this.

I'd agree with this. If you're still questioning it after this thread, then I'd contact the provider for a query.
