Wiki help finding a fee schedule

Hi everyone! I need help finding a fee schedule called the Physician Fee Schedule for Laboratory Services which shows the global, professional and technical reimbursements for lab services. As far as I know, this is a Medicare fee schedule and I have been all over the CMS website with no luck. I found the Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory Fee Schedule and, of course, the Part B Physicians Fee Schedule -- neither of which are any help!

Can someone out there can point me in the right direction?

Select the Year (Eg . 2010)
select range of your choice (eg.. 80000 to 90000)
Select payment policy indicators

Next

Next

Type the HCPCs range
Select 'All' in the modifier slot

and submit

My local carrier (Cahaba) keeps a link to all fee schedules on their website. I suggest you try going through your carrier rather than straight to CMS.

I tried that but our carrier is Palmetto and most of their information seems to link back to CMS. I did play around with the CMS PFS lookup a bit more this afternoon and managed to get the info that my manager was looking for.

Not that she remembered she had asked about it
