Please help with the following op report....

An 18 gauge needle was used to aspirate the subcutaneous tissue at the tip of the olecranon and we immediately obtained subcutaneous tissue at the tip of the olecranon and we immediately obtained several mL of purulence, which was cultured both aerobically and anaerobically. The fluctuant area over the olecranon and we immediately obtained several tissue at the tip of the olecranon was opened for a about 4 cm that appeared to be a well developed cavity with some extension mostly lateral but slighly medially. it was washed with pulsatile lavage after that was thoroughly cleaned. palpation of the more distal portion of the proximal forearm produced purulent material. wich tracked along that lateral subcutaneous crust of the olecranon. hemostat was place through the canal that went well proxinally. we found the tip of the hemostat and the subcutaneous tissue has been opened over it and found purulence in that area. that maneuver was repeated several times as we tracked the subcutaneous abscess within 4-5 cm from the carpus along the ulnar border. that area was opened almost 20 cm . compression on the medial and lateral sides of the incision did not produce further pockets of purulence. after throroughly cleaning these areas, a iodoform imprgnated gauze was placedin the canal under that skin bridge that exited and taken to recovery.

At a loss here
