The hospital I work for just hired an interventional Radiologist. He is working in our pain management office (among many other departments). My concern is the pain management injections like for instance he did a CT Guided Epidural injection normally I would just bill this 64479 but he does the injection and reads it too! Anyone know how to code this?

If the injection is performed epidurally codes will be
Lumbar,sacral - 62311,77012
Cervical, thoracic - 62310,77012

If the injection performed via transforaminally codes will be
Lumbar, sacral - 64483
cervical, thoracic - 64479
