Need to find CPT/HCPCS codes for lumbar injection utilizing catheter...only the catheter is not utilized to deliver medication but to scrape adhesions/scar tissue. We're thinking 62311; seems mod -22 would be appropriate. Is anyone else familiar with this? We're needing to obtain authorization and need codes first!
 
look at 62263 / 62264 for epidural lysis of adhesions - here is the code descriptor:
