I am confused. I work for a cardiologist who does complete Stress Echo with Doppler Heart Exam & Doppler Color Flow in the office. Should I bill 93350 & 93351 or 93351, 93320, & 93325

Please help.

We use 93351, 93320, & 93325 but make sure you have a payable dx for Aetna for the 93325. We are having a hard time getting that paid.
 
We only get paid for the 93325 if there is any valve disorder.. Are there any other payable DX?
