alright hoping that i can get some help with diagnosis in cardio section of this
Dr notes .....AI/AS pulmonary Insufficiancy and stenosis. well i was thinking 747.22 and 747.3 well the doc says 745.2. I am a newbie so.. am i missing something?? any help is appreciated

The diagnosis codes you listed are for (conggential anomalies) which I don't think this is the case.

Take a look at code range 424.1 & 424.3. Not enought information to be sure but I don't know about using 745.2.

I agree. My docs never give enough info either, so I use the 424.x codes as well.
