Wiki Help! Ob coding infant delivered by midlevel

What can I bill when the pt was already in the process of delivery (ACTIVE LABOR AND CROWNING) and the midlevel on call delivered the infant? The physcian was there duing the sponataneous delivery of the placenta and repaired a 2 degree lacertion.
