I am having trouble getting CPT 88120 paid because insurance are saying this is investigative and their policy won't pay. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this paid or any information we need to do in order to get this paid properly. Does our Doctors need better documentation on why they are doing this test? Any help would be appreciated.
