When pt comes in with open fx and have to be taken to OR for plates, pins, and/or screw, and the C Arm is used to make sure all hardware is in place beside 76000 26 , is anyone having problem getting pd with the following codes? 27784 24575 27524. All of a sudden BX is not paying for all of these. Thanks in advance for help.
