Diagnosis: Left Lower Extremity groin Incision Infection

Operations Performed:

4.Application of negative pressure wound VAC therapy.

Procedure:

Left incision above the medial aspect of the left knee was prepped in a sterile field.
Incision was made continuing all incisions of the would. This was carried down through deep layers and into the base aspect of the wound. Lymphatics were identified.
