If done in an office setting (I work in a radiologist office) how would the following codes be coded?:

Chest port insertion with sedation

Picc line insertion without sedation

Endovenous laser ablation for varicose veins without sedation

Tunnel valve catherization

Please help asap! I very much appreciate it:)

What do you mean when you say "tunnel valve catheterization"?

In addition to the codes jmcpolin gave, you may use 76937 and/or 77001 if ultrasound and/or fluoro guidance is used and the requirements of those codes are met (see the code descriptions.

36556 and 36569 do not include moderate sedation, so if the requirements are met, 99144-99145 can be coded with those.
 
My manager just said to me tunnel valve catherization. I'm assuming it's the usual tunneled catheter placement.

I wouldn't assume - unless you've seen a report where they've called it that.
This could be a tunneled pleural catheter placement (which has a valve that stops air/fluid from going back into the pleural space) - 32550
