2 Cardio providers from different sub-specialty piecing out the service to bypass bundling rules for the main procedure.

Only 1 Catheter Lab Encounter

Prov A Interventionist
Prov B Cardiovascular Disease


Prov A does the 37224 which is the main procedure - below is what is bundled to it

Prov B bills 93458, 93567
 
93458 and 93567 do not bundle to 37224 - the former are coronary artery procedures and the latter is a lower extremity artery procedure. I'm not seeing an issue here unless I'm missing something?
